In the District of Columbia, we have proved to be a force to reckon with in nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide training. ​Innovative Institute programs are designed to provide the skill and knowledge necessary to perform safe, effective and respectful care to clients under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

The curriculum addresses all content and skill areas. The students will receive classroom instructions from experienced nurse instructors, majority of whom have Masters Degree in Nursing. In addition the student will have supervised practical training in our state-of-art laboratory and in a clinical setting in one of our several affiliates Long Term Care facilities in the DMV. In the skill settings, students are groomed to demonstrate knowledge while performing health care tasks.

Innovative Institute provides three career pathways:  

1. Nursing Assistant Training (CNA / ) [DC] 

2. Home Health Aide Training (HHA)  

3. Bridge Program (CNA To HHA Training)
